- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service was absolutely terrible. When I made my appointment, the receptionist got the location wrong. When I called to correct her mistake (after showing up to the location the appointment was supposed to be at), I was kept on hold for a total of thirty minutes and was then told that I would have to pay an additional $30 fee because of the "missed appointment", (even though their office made a mistake). Both of the receptionists I spoke to were extremely rude. I do not recommend this service for anyone. There are various OBGYN offices that have remarkably better services than the Heart of Florida OBGYN.October 03, 2017by Kaitlyn Hampshire
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I personally haven't had any problems with any of the offices the staff at all the facilities lake Wales,Davenport or Winter Haven the staff was courteous to me I personally enjoyed coming to the offices and looking forward to coming to all my prenatal appointments as for all other reviews I would definitely recommend this office for prenatal care.January 29, 2017by amber Sherrill
